Can I access my pet’s data when I’m away from home?

You can still access your pet's past data when you're away from home. All you need to do is ensure both the Maven Home station and your smartphone are connected to the internet, and you’ll be able to access your pet’s data from anywhere, via the Maven App on your smartphone!

Please note that in order for you to have real-time access to your pet's data, both the Maven Home station and the Maven Collar (and therefore, the pet) must be connected to the same network. Here are two examples to help you understand:

-If you leave home and your pet stays home, you'll be able to access their data in real time via the Maven App.

-If you leave home and bring your pet with you, their data will continue to be tracked, but you won't be able to access it in real time. Instead, it will be stored in the Maven Collar's sensor until you are back in range with your Maven Home station, and at that point the data will automatically be synced.
