Please make sure your pet's Maven Sensor is charged and connected to a Wi-Fi network.
You can troubleshoot your Maven Sensor on the Maven App by visiting the Settings -> Troubleshoot and following the steps.
If you still can’t fix the issue, please go to Settings > Contact Support > Report a bug - and describe the issue.
A member of the Maven Support Team will contact you to follow up on the issue, so we can resolve it at the earliest.
