Hello!
If you don't see your Wi-Fi network on the list presented during the pairing process for the Sensor, please check the following:
-
Quick checks (most fixes in <2 min):
Is your network 2.4 GHz SSID? (5 GHz networks are not supported).
Is your sensor within ~2–3 m of the router and your phone? (make sure they're close during pairing)
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth + Location are ON, and the Maven app stays in foreground. (don't put the app in background mode or close it during the pairing process, as it may cause it to fail)
Is it your own private network, or a public one? (some public networks are not supported - in that event, it’s recommended to use a hotspot instead)
-
Is it a guest network? (guest networks are supported only if WPA2-PSK, no captive portal)
-
Environmental causes:
Mesh/Extenders: try the main router SSID during pairing.
Turn off VPNs or Private Relay during pairing (they may affect the process)
-
Reduce interference (microwaves, baby monitors and other devices share the same 2.4 GHz frequency band, which can disrupt signal quality and cause issue
-
Still stuck?
