You will receive a Maven kit, including:
- 1x Maven Sensor per pet
- 3x collar attachments per Sensor
- 1x USB-C cables
- 1x Maven user guide
Just follow these easy steps to get everything up and running (detailed instructions are provided on the Maven user guide):
1 - Charge the Sensor
Charging the Sensor is quick and simple, and we include the cords. It only takes about an hour to charge the Sensor, and the charge will usually last around 7 days!
2 - Download the app while you’re waiting for the Sensor to charge.
The app is available for iOS and Android, and you can download it here. Log in using the credentials you defined while checking out.
3 - Set up your devices.
a) Connect your Sensor to your Wi-Fi, following the steps on the app.
4 - Attach the Sensor to your pet’s collar
a) When the Maven Sensor is fully charged (the LED should be solid green), remove it from the charger. Select the most appropriate of the 3 included attachments and follow the instructions to connect it to your pet’s collar.
b) Place the collar back on your pet, making sure it’s securely fastened and they’re comfortable.
5 - Enjoy your Maven experience!
Your pet’s data will now start being tracked. Please note that for the first 7 days of uninterrupted use (24/7), our service will be collecting data to be used as a baseline for future comparisons - once that baseline has been acquired, the service will be working in full force, and you will see all the data.
