If you've purchased a 12-month or 24-month membership, please note that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the respective period - the membership will no longer renew automatically.
If you've purchased a monthly membership, you can cancel it anytime, as long as you return the full Maven kit and the devices are undamaged and working properly. If you fail to return your Maven Kit, you will be charged for its retail price.
To initiate the process, contact our Support Team at email@example.com requesting the cancellation of your membership (you must do so at least 5 days before the next monthly payment is due).
After the Support Team approves your request, they'll provide a label and invoices for you to return your kit. You should do so within 15 calendar days (if the kit hasn't been shipped after this 15-day period, we will charge you with the full retail price of the Maven Kit).
When your kit arrives, our team will check the devices. If there is a device missing from the kit or if there is any damage to it we will charge the corresponding value up to the full retail price of the Maven Kit.
