How can I book a video call with my Maven Vet?

Hey there!

To schedule a video call with your Maven Vet, open the Chat tab on the Maven App. Then tap the plus icon (+) -> Schedule Video Call -> Select your preferred slot (day and time that works best for you).

That's it! Then you'll just need to wait for confirmation. You will receive a message from your Vet,  either confirming the appointment or suggesting an alternative time for the call.
