Please make sure your pet's Maven Collar is charged and your Maven Home is correctly plugged in. You can troubleshoot your Maven devices on the Maven App by visiting the Settings -> Troubleshoot and following the steps.
If you still can’t fix the issue, please go to Settings > Contact Support > Report a bug - and describe the issue.
