What are Family Members and how do they work? Can I give other people access to my pet's data?

Pets are part of the family, and so the whole family should be able to keep up with their health and well-being. With Maven, not only is that possible, we encourage it! Here’s how you can invite your loved ones to become part of your Maven family:

Step 1
Open the Settings on your Maven App.

Step 2
Under “Account”, tap “Family Members”.

Step 3
Tap the + button to add a new family member.

Step 4
Enter their name and email address to send an invitation via email. Alternatively, tap “Share via apps” to invite them directly via the app of your choice.

You’re all done! After accepting your invitation, family members will have access to your pet’s data and your Maven Vet. This means that if there’s an emergency and you’re not available, other family members can quickly ask the Vet for advice.

Keep in mind that up to 5 persons can monitor the same pet: the Maven account owner plus 4 family members. Also, please note that they will need to own a compatible iOS device to install the Maven App.
