How do I start using my Maven kit?

Here's all you need to get started and begin enjoying Maven's proactive pet care! Just follow these steps:

Step 1 - Charge the Maven collar sensor
Use the included mini-USB cable to connect the sensor to the charging adapter, and then plug it into a socket. You can leave it charging while performing the next steps. When the sensor’s LED turns solid green, it means it is fully charged.

Step 2 - Setup your Maven home station
Use the included USB-C cable to connect the Maven home station to the charging adapter. Plug the adapter into a socket - ideally, it should be close to your WIFI router. Keep in mind that the Maven home station needs to be permanently on and be located where your pet spends most of their time.

Step 3 - Download the Maven app
Just click here! Alternatively, visit the App Store and search “Maven Pet”, and then download the app onto your phone.

Step 4 - Login using your Maven account details
Open the App and login using the credentials you defined when you purchased your Maven kit. 

Step 5 - Pair your Maven devices
Just follow the step-by-step instructions on the Maven app. You’re almost done!

Step 6 - Insert the sensor into the Maven collar
When the sensor is fully charged, remove it from the charger and slide it into the interior of the Maven collar. The USB port should be facing down - press the sensor lightly to hold it in place.

Step 7 - Place the Maven collar on your pet
It’s time to introduce your buddy to their new companion! Place the collar on your pet, making sure it’s securely fastened and they’re comfortable.

Step 8 - Enjoy your Maven experience!
Your pet’s data will now start being tracked. Enjoy Maven’s proactive pet care! ☀️
