How do I charge the Maven collar's sensor?

Two easy steps:

1. 1. Connect the Maven collar’s sensor to the charging adapter using the included mini-USB cable. Make sure the charging adapter is plugged into a socket;

   2. The Maven collar’s sensor should start to charge right away. When its LED turns solid green (meaning it is fully charged), you can remove the Maven collar’s sensor from the charging adapter.

About battery consumption

The Maven collar sensor’s battery life will vary depending on use:

-When your pet is near the Maven home station (connected via BLE), consumption is lower and the battery will last longer. When this is the case, data updates happen every 5 minutes.

-When your pet is away from home but still nearby and in range (connected via our MAZE technology), consumption is higher and the battery will deplete at a faster rate. Data updates are disabled.
